CL3+ Laboratories

The construction of the Institutes impressive new facilities at St Pancras in London will be completed by mid 2016 and are supported by over 7,000 metres of Cableflow specialist CL3+ laboratory trunking systems.

The substantial facility is a unique partnership between the Medical Research Council (MRC), Cancer Research UK, the Wellcome Trust, UCL (University College London), Imperial College London and King’s College London.

The Institute exerts wider influence globally as a flagship for UK biomedical science, and where its work is helping to develop new treatments for illnesses such as cancer, heart disease, stroke, neurodegenerative conditions and infectious diseases.

Cableflow CL3+ extruded aluminium dado & laboratory trunking systems were selected for their proven resilience to the demanding CL3+ environments and ability to continually withstand the biodecontamination requirements by the client team and contractor Laing O’Rourke.
